Out-of-province buyers helping Calgary’s pricey housing market balloon

The report found the city's strong labour market is also supporting demand across all property types, but the lack of supply is keeping prices high. Migration and higher lending rates are likely preventing some existing homeowners from making changes to their current situation and the pace of monthly gains is expected to slow.
