Calgary condo sales soar due to relative affordability.

The Re/Max 2023 National Condominium Report predicts that the Canadian condo market will slow down due to increased borrowing costs. However, Calgary and Edmonton are exceptions with sales increasing by 22% and 3% respectively. Prices have risen in Toronto and Vancouver, causing a decrease in sales, which has made it difficult for first-time buyers to afford.
